ADOPT | Individuals or groups apply to become sponsors by providing contact information on the adoption form.

NOMINATE | Families approve their nomination and provide a wish list of items, experiences, traditions or support of which they are in need.

ADOPT | Those who applied to be sponsors are contacted by our team. We do our best to match families with sponsors that can meet their needs.

MATCHED! | Families are matched with sponsors. Sponsors are given a family's wish list. The relationship goes from there. Sponsors may contact the families directly (with their consent) and provide additional information.
